Minimum of 6 nights stay.

25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, booking is not confirmed until this is received. 
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A credit card will be held on arrival and charged in the case of any damages to the property from your stay.



Cancellations:

- Any cancellation incurs a cancellation fee of the 25% deposit
- Between 120 and 60 days of expected arrival date: 50% of the booking
- Between 60 and 20 days of expected arrival date: 75% of booking
- 20 days or less of expected arrival or now show: full payment. 
If we are able to re sell any nights cancelled these will be deducted from the fee.
